  • 350 Mission is being designed to earn Platinum level LEED® designation, awarded by the United States Green Building Council.
  • The building will be designed as close to a carbon neutral footprints through an innovativ system wide approach to design and engineering efficiency.
  • HVAC under floor air delivery systems will allow for least possible energy consumption.
  • Dashboard and individual workstation controls and energy data visualization.
  • The building will have load shedding capabilities for power outlets, lighting and HVAC systems throughout each floor based on occupancy which will reduce energy by 15% to 20%.
  • The building will have a 100% outside air capability, which will translate into a significant energy reduction.
  • Plans call for building system designs that use renewable energy, green power, and potentially bio-fuels on site wherever possible. An average building of similar size costs approximately $2.50+ per square foot to operate. 350 Mission will operate at approximately 40% less per square foot.
  • An innovative new system Geothermal will allow the building to cool and heat its lobby area without using traditional cooling towers. 350 Mission will instead strive to extract energy from the groundwater under the building to satisfy environmental needs for the lobby and mezzanine level.
  • LED lighting will be utilized which will save approximately 40% of energy compared to standard lighting fixtures.
  • Grey water recovery system and cascaded water reuse by design.

Transportation and Mobility Services

  • Shared vehicle and building electric vehicle charging available
  • Priority green vehicle parking and carpool spaces
  • Bicycle and storage available to tenants
  • Shuttles and van service arrangements for large groups and commuters
  • Routing and mapping services through building
More than meets the eye.
